Oshkosh’s newest taco bar “Wisconsinizes” the taco as seen in this ode to our state’s classic cuisine. The Wisconsinator features crumbled bratwurst, 4-year Wisconsin cheddar, sauerkraut, red onion, ketchup, mustard and shaved jalapeño slices for a little kick. General Manager Casey Cameron says skeptical diners have been surprised how much they love the unusual combination, but try it for yourself to become a believer.
