The War to be Her 

December 19 

In Waziristan, Pakistan, Maria Toorpakai defies the Taliban and disguises herself as a boy so she can play sports. But when she becomes a rising star, her true identity is revealed and death threats force Maria to leave her country. Eagles on the Fox

December 26

Join the naturalists from 1000 Islands Environmental Center to learn about wintering bald eagles and head outside to watch for them along the Fox River as the sun sets. 3pm. Kaukauna Public Library. 766-4733.

Movie Night: Wonder
