Four limestone columns were salvaged from the former First National Bank building on Main Street in downtown Menasha before it was demolished in 2014. The century-old columns have been repurposed at a waterfront park on Menasha’s Mill Street. Tom Lange took this photo of the park on New Year’s night in 2018 as the much-touted Super Moon rose in the background above the Racine Street bridge. “I especially like how the columns in their new location, and in this photo, look both ancient and new again at the same time,” he says.
