Favorite thing about the Fox Cities: I really like the area around Lawrence University and College Ave. in Appleton. I love how artsy and homey it makes me feel.

The Dirt

Favorite book? I always have a really hard time with this question because I’ve read so many books that I really liked. I just finished reading The Help over the summer, so we will go with that.

Biggest guilty pleasure? Probably Taylor Swift. Sadly, I can’t help but love her music.

Most played song on your iPod? There are so many songs on my iPod. Right now, I have been listening to “Lego House” by Ed Sheeran.

If you could have any super power, what would it be? I think it would be really cool to have the power that Rogue from X-men has. She has the ability to absorb other mutants powers when she touched them, so essentially she has any power she wants.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you be? Sookie Stackhouse from True Blood. She is played by Anna Paquin, who also plays Rogue in the X-men movies. Can you tell who my favorite actress is?

If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would it be? John Lennon, hands down.

What do you hope to do after this internship? I have to become an adult and find a full-time job. I hope to find a job working as a editor, or copy writer. Something where I can use my writing.

What’s your dream job? I hope to work for a publishing company for magazines or books.

Write your memoir in six words: Worked hard. Fought. Never gave up.

At what age did you consider yourself an adult? I still have a really hard time considering myself an adult, even at the age of 27. I think it is slowly starting to sink in.

Hidden talents? I am really crafty. I have been since I was little. I just discovered I am pretty good at painting, so I hope to paint more often.
