Join us in celebrating 20 years of children’s shows in the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre with the return of a favorite classic, Sleeping Beauty. Original adaptation with music and lyrics written by Jim Romenesko, directed by Maureen Milbach.
It has all of the classic elements of a fairy tale: a unique royal family, an evil witch named Miserabella and her henchmen, and of course, a prince and princess who fall in love. Don’t forget Jasper the Jester who is meddling in everything!
The story is enriched full scenic and costume design by the Children’s Theatre Production class and assistant artists. As always, there will be a talk back with the cast and crew following each matinee.
