The 33rd annual Paperfest presented by Community First Credit Union is moving to Memorial Park in Combined Locks for 2021 to help the Village of Combined Locks celebrate their centennial. The FREE ADMISSION 4 day event will take place Thursday-Sunday July 15-18, 2021. Paperfest Features – free live music including national country act ELI YOUNG BAND, carnival rides, great food, sporting events, hot air balloon glow, fireworks, family tent, parade, and much more! The music is great and the beer is cold. The best part – proceeds from Paperfest are donated back into the community through various Fox Valley nonprofit organizations. It’s all about community!

The Craft Midway will be loaded with the Paperfest Food Truck Rally sponsored by Bernatello’s Foods and Fox Valley Food Truck Association, Craft Beer Tent sponsored by Stone Arch, McFleshman’s and Appleton Beer Factory, and some of the best local original music artists on the Venture Wisconsin Stage.
Family tent activities including family entertainers and kids games, carnival rides, inflatables, kiddie bumper boats, trout fishing pond, petting zoo, giant lawn games, helicopter rides, centennial trolley tours, and Paperfest Lumberjack Show will be on throughout the weekend.
Sporting events are a staple at Paperfest with Volleyball Tournament, 5K Run/Walk, 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, Tour de Fest Bike Ride, Fireman’s Tug of War, FREE Yoga in the Park (Thur & Sun), and FREE FIRE Fitness Camp (Sat).
FREE ADMISSION – As the sun goes down, the lights go up in a big way for a party of the century! Come on out to celebrate Combined Locks’ 100th Birthday and help Paperfest raise funds for local nonprofits!
