Little Yogis is a fun and interactive way for children (and adults!) to explore movement and mindfulness through playful yoga poses, songs, and games. Led by a certified instructor, this class is a great way to introduce children to the benefits of yoga. Through various age-appropriate poses and activities, children will build strength, flexibility, and coordination, while also learning techniques for mindfulness and relaxation. The atmosphere of the class will be relaxed and supportive, encouraging families to bond while promoting physical and mental well-being.

One pair (1 child + 1 adult) = $15
