Learning the history of street art is just the start of getting immersed in the world of easily accessible art. There really are endless possibilities for sharing and showing your art once you learn how to create and use stencils. In addition to the actual process of creating reusable stencil art, we will also be focused on the principles of design and bettering yourself as an artist. Class will end with brightening up a local area in the community. This event is provided to students at no cost thanks to the Great Wisconsin Cheese Festival and Carstens’ Ace Hardware.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for this rad event and spots are limited, so reserve your space soon! Open to teens entering grades 9-12. Registration begins June 5th. Call the library to sign up at 788-7825.

The instructor is Stephanie Harvey – a photographer and printmaker with a passion for community art projects.
