Our favorite activity is back at the vineyard; acting crafty while drinking wine! We welcome a new artist to the tasting room to guide us through a cool technique of making wine charms (or earrings/key chains, etc.).
Local visual artist, Stephanie Harvey wants to share one of her favorite functional art forms with you! Stephanie has been enjoying creating all sorts of tiny wall art, key chains, earrings, pins, wine charms and more with the amazing Grafix Plastics shrink plastic! During this fun Drink and Shrink Night at LedgeStone Vineyards, Stephanie will give you some tips and tricks on how to make the coolest, tiniest things to gift or keep for yourself! You will go home with hand outs, at least 6 wine charms (or other awesome artsy items!) and leftover material to continue creating even after the workshop. You will also enjoy your first glass of wine or beer with your $40 workshop fee to help give you inspiration. (Non alcoholic beverages also available.)
Do you claim to have no artistic talent? No problem! Stephanie will also provide some royalty free clip art and other fun ways to create cool things to trace and modify! Attendees are also welcome to bring their own drawings, pictures, clip art and other imagery.
In order to reserve your spot in the class, you must be over 21, have sent $40 via Venmo or Paypal (please send as friend and family to keep our costs down with your name/email address in the memo/comments) and received email confirmation. This payment is nonrefundable and must be received in order to hold your spot in the workshop! I will send you a confirmation email once I receive payment with any other little details.
