Join the Kimberly-Little Chute Public Library on September 19, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for a Walking Art Gallery. To celebrate local art, the 2020 Census, and National Library Card Sign Up Month, the library will host a live art event at Windmill Plaza in Little Chute, Wisconsin.
This socially distanced outdoor event will feature local artists as they create sidewalk chalk art that showcases their interpretation of the 2020 Census-inspired question: What does it mean to make your story count? Gallery visitors will have the opportunity to fill out the 2020 Census, sign up for a library card, create their own sidewalk art, paint a mandala stone, win a candy prize, and take a grab-n-go craft in order to make their own census art! In accordance with the mask mandate and to keep this event fun and safe, we ask that participants wear a mask and utilize the provided hand sanitizer. Funny masks strongly encouraged.
