About the Workshop:
In this class, students will learn how to paint loosely and expressively with watercolor to create unique floral designs. Students will be guided through the watercolor blending process, learn how to work with different brushes, focus on brush handling, and learn the different ways to paint, place and arrange flowers and foliage on a 2-D surface. By developing all of these basic skills through floral painting, students will leave with their own works of art and be confident in an art form that they may use for decor, greeting cards, invitations and personalized gifts of all kinds.
