Friday, September 6 – Doors and bar open at 6:45pm; Concert begins at 7:30 pm. Sponsored by Pinnacle Plumbing, LLC & Steve’s Quality Painting.
The Barefoot Movement is anything but your standard bluegrass band. They stretch from a strong foundation of traditional Appalachian music, borrowing the best from other roots based genres to shape their hallmark sound. In a typical show, you’ll hear elements of bluegrass, blues, folk, rock, country and pop through their narrative lyrics, tight three-part harmonies, hot instrumental riffs, lilting blues scales and catchy vocal hooks.
Join them for their holiday celebration performance. Complete with all of your classic seasonal favorites wrapped in a Christmas package, you’ll hear acoustic renditions of everything from Chuck Berry’s “Run Run Rudolph” to Perry Como’s “It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas” and emotional takes on the more tender songs of the season like “Oh Holy Night” and “Hark The Herald Angels Sing.”
