This course, Tai Chi Easy, consists of both tai chi and qigong movements – a warm-up and cooldown, self-massage, breath exercises, and meditation. Participants develop their abilities to focus and concentrate in a deep state of relaxation through breath practices, movement, meditation and self-massage providing simple, effective self-care skills that can be used throughout life and well into the “successful aging” process. Consistently practicing tai chi and qigong can help you manage stress and pain, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, mood, balance, and stamina.
