Designed for boys ages 11-13, this is a six-week program led by trained physical therapists, nutritionists and other health professionals. This program teaches a total body approach for strength, balance, agility and injury prevention. It also educates about the importance of all season conditioning. Registration is required and a parent or guardian is asked to attend.
