Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed or just need to put your phone down and go for a peaceful, guided walk? Join summer staff intern, Kristin Robertson, for an early morning Shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing” slow paced hike with guided meditation. Leaving technology behind, you’ll be immersed in a soothing and relaxing forest journey, soaking in the sights, sounds and smells of nature. Time outside has a positive, restorative effect on your health and wellbeing. This class is suitable for participants 18 years and older.
