Learn the basics of preparing this tasty fermented food! Each participant will get a large head of cabbage to process into sauerkraut. Workshop includes hands on instruction, sauerkraut recipes, and a horseradish demonstration. Each participant needs to bring a very sharp knife, a cutting board, a large bowl and a crock or vessel to put your kraut in to cure. $14/GBBG Members; $23/Non-Members. Pre-registration is required.
