Celebrate the turning of the year at the Neenah Public Library with your children, all ages welcome. On Friday, December 30, starting at 10:00 a.m., we’ll ring in 2017 with crafts, refreshments and a family dance party. No registration needed. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
