Join the Friends of the Library, as they once again bring Murder & Mystery to the Fin ‘n’ Feather Restaurant! This time, the mystery is Halloween-themed, with Murder at Skull Manor Costume Ball.
The evening begins at 5:00 pm, with a delicious buffet dinner and murder mystery-solving throughout the evening.
While it is not required, if you would like to attend in a Halloween costume, you will be entered into a grand prize drawing!
When you purchase tickets, you will be given the option of taking one of the twenty-four characters available – and those characters will require attendance “in character” attire.
Tickets may be purchased at the Winneconne Public Library starting Wednesday, September 18th.

If you would like to purchase tickets for the October 19th, Murder Mystery Dinner: Murder at Skull Manor at the Fin ‘n’ Feather Restaurant but live a distance from Winneconne, you are able to purchase tickets over the phone.
Simply call the library at (920) 582-7091, and have your credit card number handy.
It is very important, however, that each person that purchases a ticket receive a reservation card, whether that be in-person, or via email.
If the reservation card is emailed to you, please print out the reservation card ahead of time or have ready to view on your phone upon check-in to the Murder Mystery Dinner on the 19th.

For those who have never participated in a Murder Mystery Dinner, this is how it works:
When people purchase a ticket, they are given the option of playing one of the character roles (24 parts are available), and they will be given the character’s description and suggested attire.
When everyone arrives at the Murder Mystery Dinner, those who have chosen to be a character will receive their first clue as to what they should reveal throughout the evening and what they shouldn’t. There will also be two more times throughout the evening when clues will be given to characters to divulge.
Throughout the Murder Mystery Dinner, people attending interact with all of the characters, who then reveal the information that they are at liberty to divulge (everyone takes notes, compiling clues), in an effort to solve the mystery.
At the end of the night, everyone (including those who are playing roles) submits their guess as to who the murderer is – and it is revealed – to all, including the folks playing characters, as they are never told who the murderer is!
Prizes will be given for the person who correctly names the murderer as well as the winner of the costume contest.
