Join us for week 9 when we discuss “Class Seven, the Wines of Italy” from Kevin Zraly’s “Windows on the World Complete Wine Course” (available on Amazon or Apple Books).
Italy has a wine culture that spans back to ancient times. Italy may have the most complex wine industry of any country in the world. Because of that, we will be splitting this class into 2 weeks discussing the wines of northern Italy during this meeting and the wines of southern Italy the following week.
Meetings will take place in Messenger Rooms. Each week we’ll discuss a region or style from the book while drinking wine from said region or style. We will make weekly recommendations for wines to drink that you can purchase at Mondo! Wine Bar & Retail, but you may choose to drink something different or not drink at all.
Unlike other book clubs, you can attend the weekly meetings and learn something even if you didn’t get around to the reading. You can also choose which meetings to attend. If you miss a week, no worries! You can join us next time. We will learn something new at each meeting!
