Has a friend told you that you are getting more forgetful? Have you missed an appointment more than once? If you can relate, consider LSS Mindworks.
Mindworks meets for four hours, two days per week. Class include memory and cognitive activities to stimulate the brain, activities that stimulate self-expression and language, light physical exercises, and information and education resources. Class members share with their peers in a safe and supportive environment.
A monthly fee is charged for participation and classes include lunch.
