Celebrate the maple syrup season by helping to tap a sugar maple, collecting sap, and enjoying a pancake breakfast with real maple syrup. Participatory tapping tours free. They begin at 9:30 am; last one goes at 1 pm. Optional breakfast with pancakes, ham, applesauce and beverages is a fundraiser for the nonprofit Friends of Ledge View Nature Center; runs 9 am to 1 pm.
