The award-winning Lawrence University Percussion Ensemble presents an eclectic program, including percussion chamber works “Sharps,” “Hand Dance” and “Fluisce” with guest artist Erin Lesser, flute. Kinkaviwo, the African drumming ensemble, perform two traditional Ghanaian styles of music/dance, Tokoe and Adzogbo. The Sambistas drumming ensemble perform traditional Brazilian batucada music. Free and open to the public.
