Musician and sound therapist Kenny Kolter approaches gong meditation both as a performing artist and as a healer. With a subtle rhythmic quality, he teases out a vast array of tones, harmonics and shimmering nuances that reside within the instruments. The result is that these sonic, mystical characteristics provide a vehicle for quieting the mind and body.
