The Celebrate Committee, Inc., organizers of Celebrate De Pere, are organizing the 3-day long “Kick-off to Summer” event Memorial Weekend. Memorial Monday will be the biggest in the history of the event as the De Pere Kiwanis Memorial Day Parade will lead crowds back to the park for the Memorial Day Veterans’ Salute. Immediately following the Salute Ceremony will be a headline performance by patriot and country music legend Lee Greenwood. In addition to the great music, Celebrate De Pere will have entertainment all weekend long featuring crowd favorites like the Redneck Regatta, Car Show, carnival rides, Children’s Area and Fishing Tournament.
