Ageless Grace® Nights
December 21, Stacy Ann Parish returns to the Neenah Public Library for a fun filled Ageless Grace, a cutting edge “brain fitness” program designed to improve cognitive function and physical well-being. Classes utilize 21 Simple Tools that address primary factors of aging in the body, and work the five areas of the brain: analytical, strategic planning, memory/recall, kinesthetic learning, and creativity & imagination.
Whether you’re new to Ageless Grace, or an old pro, “Ageless Grace Nights” has something for everyone. This 45 minute class will focus on several of the 21 tools to give students a broader understanding of their primary benefits and ways to practice the tools at home.
