Don’t miss this fun evening celebrating and supporting the arts! The Hubbard Windy Award will be given this night. A Hubbard Windy Award nominee will have served our community and organization with distinction. Marguerite Soffa is the 2018 recipient of the James C. Hubbard Windy Award. The award goes to an individual or group of individuals who have made a positive impact on THELMA and the Fond du Lac community.
Soffa has dedicated her life to serving others, supporting causes regarding human rights and environmental issues. Among her numerous boards and organizations, Soffa served on the original 1970s Human Rights Council in Fond du Lac, has been a member of American Association of University Women since 1947, and has been active with Soroptimists and Holy Family Parish.
In addition to the award, this fun event includes cocktails, dinner, auctions, and entertainment.
One of the most coveted prizes – the Golden Ticket raffle – features a stunning sterling silver bracelet with 18k yellow gold with over one carat total weight in diamonds valued at $5,175, custom-created by Ron Emanuel of The Goldsmith. The drawing of the Golden Ticket will also be held during THELMA’s largest fundraiser Windy Dinner THELMA Style. You do not need to attend the dinner to win. Raffle tickets are $50 each. Only 600 tickets will be sold. Raffle tickets are available now at THELMA and The Goldsmith. All proceeds go toward THELMA arts education and programming.
