When Woodrow Wilson delivered his Fourteen Points address in 1918, he not only laid out American goals for the First World War, but he also established a framework that has shaped American foreign policy for the subsequent century. Please join us for this adult afternoon program with Dr. Steven Sheehan from UW-Fox Valley on Monday, February 5th at 2:00 p.m. in the Shattuck Community Room at the Neenah Public Library.
