The Effects team at Panic Chambers is ready to school the public on how they do what they do! Day 1 will cover basic make-up, using various techniques and paints to teach participants how to create different monstrous effects. Day 2 will teach participants how to create homemade prosthetics using liquid latex, cotton balls, tissues and paint to give 3D effects to the monstrous face of their design.
