Do you uke? Would you like to learn? Neenah Public Library to begin holding free ukulele classes.

The Neenah Public Library offers free 8-week group ukulele classes for beginning ukulele players and for those who need a refresher with playing chords and strumming. Taught by musician, Lawrence University student, and native Hawaiian Sam ‘Ālika Bader, the group classes will be customized for those in attendance. All ages are welcome.

Classes begin on Thursday, September 29 and run through November 17, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Storytime Room. Bring your own ukulele. Or reserve one of the Library’s own ukuleles. For more information, contact the Neenah Public Library Adult Services Department at 920-886-6315.

No registration required. Attend a couple of the classes or attend all eight. Classes are free and open to all interested ukulele players – all ages welcome.
