Geek Girls

Grades 6 through 12 are invited to participate in “Geek Girls”, the Neenah Public Library’s interactive technology club. “Geek Girls” will meet at the library on consecutive Tuesday evenings over the course of five weeks, beginning on October 4th from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. Each workshop will feature a woman who works in a local tech profession as a guest speaker and a hands-on STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) related activity. Join us for our first session as members learn how to use the online modeling program Tinkercad to create 3D models, which will then be printed on the library’s 3D printer! No registration is necessary and light snacks will be provided.

For more information, please contact the Neenah Public Library adult reference desk by phone: 920-886-6315 or e-mail: [email protected].

This program was made possible by the Friends of the Neenah Public Library and the Neenah Public Library Trust Fund. Donations to the Friends and the Trust Fund are always accepted and appreciated.
