Rules for eligibility:

• Only one ballot per person.
• Ballots are kept anonymous, but must include name, email and phone number to be valid.
• Only votes cast for restaurants located in the Fox Cities (roughly the municipalities along or in close proximity to the Fox River from Neenah through Kaukauna) are eligible.
