This tempting summer cocktail is courtesy of Jim Buchinger, then owner of the Main Event Steakhouse in Little Chute. He says, “I know when it gets good and hot, there’s nothing better than a great martini shaken over chipped ice and served in a frosty martini glass—satisfying and total class!”
Combine ingredients in over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake, and pour into frosted martini glass and garnish with lime and pineapple.
