Mrs. George Howden’s Hot Cocoa

This is a large batch recipe perfect for parties. Published in the November 2003 issue of FOX CITIES Magazine.
Ingredients
4 cups or 1 lb. Cocoa Powder
8 cups Sugar
6 cups Water
3 gals. Milk
Directions
Mix the cocoa, sugar, and water and bring to a boil before adding the milk. Serves 40–50 people.
