Manager Kim Janken said this colorful mixed drink featuring sloe gin is as much a treat for the eyes as it is for the taste buds. Sloe gin is a tart liqueur made from sloe berries and trickles down in red streams reminiscent of the stripes on a candy cane.
4 oz Effen Black Cherry Vodka
1 oz Amaretto
1 small can pineapple juice
1 oz Sloe Gin

Pour vodka, amaretto, and pineapple juice over ice in a pint glass. Slowly add gin last, so it trickles down to add a red color to the drink.
