2024 Entry Information

Our annual People, Places & Things Photo Contest aims to recognize the best in amateur photography that celebrates the place we call home. The contest is open to photos taken in Northeast Wisconsin by non-professional photographers residing in the area.
Entries are accepted in three categories:
- PEOPLE: Life in the Fox Cities & northeast Wisconsin
- PLACES: Images of the regional landscape, from skylines to sunsets
- THINGS: Distinctive features of the region seen in a unique way
We publish the winners in our August issue. What does this mean to you? Entries must be received by the end of the day on May 31, 2024. One entry per category per person, please.
Submissions are accepted by email and may be sent to Grace Olson at [email protected] in JPEG format. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and an image title in the body of the email. Please include the category of the photo in the subject line.
Winning photographers will be awarded prizes and a chance to appear on the cover of our August issue.
GRAND PRIZE: One night stay at CopperLeaf Boutique Hotel, downtown Appleton
FIRST PRIZES: $75 toward a stay or dinner at Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Neenah
SECOND PRIZES: $50 gift card from The Frame Workshop in Appleton
THIRD PRIZES: $25 gift card from Wildbird & Backyard in Appleton
