Nature & Forest Therapy guided walks, also known as “Forest Bathing”, refer to the practice of spending calming time absorbed in nature and the forest to allow for well-being, healing and contentment. We’ll head to the less traveled paths of the garden to reconnect with nature and heal our mind, body and spirit.
