Celebrate the maple syrup season by tapping a maple tree, collecting sap, learning the history of how it becomes syrup, and enjoying the taste of pure maple syrup on pancakes. Demonstrations and tapping tours free, 9:30-3 pm; optional pancake breakfast (fundraiser) is 9 am-1 pm, $8 age 13 and up, $4 ages 12-6, 5 and under free. Event goes on rain or shine.
