Come join us for Maple Syrup Saturday at Bubolz Nature Preserve! We will be hosting two separate maple syrup events on this day. Please note that the two events require separate registration, so if you’re interested in both make sure to grab tickets for each.
We will be hosting a delicious breakfast of eggs, sausage, pancakes, milk, juice, coffee, and homemade maple syrup, followed by a guided tour to learn about the maple syrup making process. Afterwards, you will end your morning with an ice cream sundae drizzled with our homemade maple syrup.
For a more hands-on experience, you can also participate in our “Adopt-A-Bucket” program. Your group can adopt a bucket for the 2023 syrup season and tap your own maple tree with the help of one of our Naturalists. Each group will receive a PDF, via email, to decorate as they wish to dress up their bucket. On the day of the event, you will bring your design along to be laminated to your bucket before heading out to tap your tree. After hanging your bucket, enjoy a cup of ice cream topped with our delicious maple syrup made right here at Bubolz!
