Maple Syrup at the Neenah Public Library

Join the Neenah Public Library and Jimmy Brochtrup of Smoky Lake Maple Products on Tuesday, February 4th at 6:30 pm to learn about maple syrup production. Jimmy will share how to get started with hobby maple syrup production in your backyard and have tips for even experienced sugarmakers. Learn the basics of tree identification, tapping, boiling, and filtering.
