Under the direction of first-year conductor Mark Dupere, the 80-member Lawrence Symphony Orchestra performs its final concert of the 2016-17. The program will include Antonín Dvořák’s “Carnival Overture,” Richard Wagner’s “Siegfried Idyll,” which was written as a tribute to his son, and Igor Stravinsky’s brilliant ballet “Firebird Suite 1919.” Free and open to the public.
