Explore the Fox Locks all summer long! May 17, 2025 is the season opening date for cruising the Fox River. The locks open the gates for 20 miles of navigation on the north end of the system and 18 miles of crusing on the south end. By boat or on foot, explore the nation’s largest fully restored, hand-operated lock system in the nation. All locks open weekends, selected locks open daily.
