The festival’s Choral Institute Festival Chorus, accompanied by famed bluegrass ensemble Monroe Crossing and led by Choral Programs Director and Conductor John Hughes, will perform Carol Barnett’s The World Beloved: A Bluegrass Mass and other shorter choral works. Pre-concert talk at 7:00pm.
Since 2016, Green Lake Festival of Music has offered concerts without direct charge, instead relying on generous support from grants, corporations, sponsors, individual donors, and free-will donations at concerts.
