Ballet Folklórico’s repertoire originates from various states and regions all over Mexico. Performed by students from the University of Nayarit, the dance is characterized by fast-paced footwork, large skirt work, and the use of machetes to showcase the cultural richness of Mexico through dance expression and innovation.
