JUNE

June 7-8 | Cheese Capital Festival

The day will start off with a cheese themed parade, follow up with activities featuring cheese-such as a cheese eating contest, cheese ingredient cooking contest, cheese wedge race in the river, and finish the day with a family music festival. Downtown Plymouth. www.plymouthwisconsin.com

June 7-9 | Annual Lighthouse Festival

Coordinated by the Door County Maritime Museum. Enjoy three days of boat excursions and guided land-based tours to 11 historic Door County Wisconsin Lighthouses and 3 neighbors to the south. Varying tour times available. www.dcmm.org

June 7-9 | Walleye Weekend

Lakeside Park, Fond du Lac
