Women’s Empowerment Health Series at the Neenah Public Library
New in 2026, the Neenah Public Library will offer a series, called Women’s Health Empowerment, aimed at empowering women to take charge of their health decisions, on the third Monday of each month. This series will focus on topics concerning the changes a woman’s body undergoes during perimenopause and menopause. Everyone is welcome to participate and learn from both the experts and each other.
The first workshop will be Journalling with Stacy Parish on January 19 at 6:30 p.m. Stacy will help you start the new year with a fresh approach that goes beyond traditional goal-setting. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the how and why of journaling as a powerful tool for reflection, creativity, and personal growth. You’ll learn practical techniques, discover inspiring resources, and experience guided exercises designed to help you connect with your thoughts and intentions in a meaningful way. No pressure, no rigid goals—just space to create, reflect, and thrive.
This is a free event held at the Neenah Public Library; no registration is necessary.
