Downtown Appleton Craft Beer Walk
September 14
Stroll past unique shopping and dining places (feel free to stop in or make reservations for after you finish) while walking from venue to venue where you will enjoy the absolute best of Wisconsin-brewed craft beer. 3-8pm. Downtown Appleton. 954-9112.
4th Annual Pow Wow
September 21
Celebrate Native American history and culture of this area with the Neenah and Menasha Historical Societies. The pow wow will feature dancers and drum groups from throughout Wisconsin and the traveling exhibit “Bittersweet Winds.” Native American food and crafts will be available for purchase. Annual event takes place down a one mile stretch of College Avenue in Appleton. 400 + classic cars, live music, food and more! 6-9pm. Downtown Appleton. 734-7101.
Octoberfest
September 28
Appleton’s largest block party! Music starts as early as 9 a.m. Arts and Crafts and family fun for all ages! Don’t forget to visit all the great food booths! Octoberfest is a community-driven festival benefiting local non-profit organizations. Downtown Appleton. 9am-6pm. 734-7101.
