“Heart to Imagine” by Carissa Sosnowski. 

The Art of Collage & Assemblage, previously displayed at The Arts Mill co-op in Grafton, Wisconsin, is making its Fox Valley debut at The Draw in Appleton now through December 15. The exhibition explores traditional, digital and innovative applications to collage and assemblage works produced using various resources. This includes materials such as magazine and newspaper clippings, paint, handmade papers, screen prints, text, photographs and other found objects.

The exhibition, which features works by 24 artists from across the country, was co-curated by John Adams, curator of Feather & Bone Gallery inside The Draw, and Frank Juarez of the Frank Juarez Gallery in Milwaukee. A closing reception is scheduled on December 15 from 6-9 p.m. For more information, call 559-7181.
