Coffee is an art form that comes with many choices. Single origin or blend? Dark roast or light? Drip or French press? Learn how to pour the perfect cup of coffee with the experts from Timshel Café at the Neenah Public Library on December 14. Become a connoisseur of the pour-over method as you learn about the characteristics of different coffee varieties and how to make the perfect cup. Samples of Timshel’s made-from-scratch cookies and complimentary coffee will be provided, of course. The event runs from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Shattuck Community Room. No registration necessary.
