Participants will complete all requirements for the merit badge. $25 per scout. Preregistration and prepayment required. Boy Scouts should bring a brown bag lunch. Scouts are responsible for obtaining and reading the Pulp and Paper Merit Badge book prior to the program, as well as completing a pre-workshop assignment.
