The first Mondays of the month are messy at the Neenah Public Library, with art projects made by children 2-6 years old! The program is drop-in; no registration required. Old clothes are recommended. This free program is for children accompanied by a caregiver – your child creates a messy masterpiece, and we provide the supplies and the clean-up!
